At NOKWOL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn footwear and apparel in original packaging. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original NOKWOL box and packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
